Self Tanner – My Recommendation for $14.45 Shipped

Recently, with a daily deal Folica Voucher I picked up Sun Self Tanning Lotion. This is a bit pricier than drug store brands, but I must say that I am VERY impressed. It does a great job, looks very natural, and really spreads evenly. It also washes off your hands very well.

I did a quick hunt around the web to see how much it was priced and the best deal I found was on Amazon. Currently you can pick up Sun Self Tanning Lotion Ultra Dark Instant Tint – Dark 8oz/236ml for $14.45 shipped with Prime or when you spend $25 (from $27.) Another option is the Sun Laboratories Self Tanning Micro Mist 6 fl oz. for $20.60 shipped. Both are great, but even the mist you have to rub in so either way you are getting your hands dirty. I find the lotion seems to moisturize the skin.

    Did the self tanner have a smell?

      Yes, I was trying to identify it to describe but honestly it isn’t bad. Maybe citris. NOT a self-tanner type smell. I do not feel a need to mask it with perfume/lotion. I like the smell.
