    Why would hte $1 Stayfree coupon beep? what is Rite Aids coupon policy? Never have really shopped there. Are Up rewards just like CVS ECB’s? Plus they do their Easy Rebates?

    Has anyone had the problem of their rite aid not having items in stock? I went to 5 different rite aids and only got 4 items i went for. I talked to several employees and their trucks only run every other week so the items would be off sale by the time they have them. I called customer service and they said they do rain checks so im going to go out again and get rainchecks but after talking to so many employees not one of them said a word about rainchecks. So I’m wondering if this is going to be a big issue when i go.

    I am having this same problem. I have never done rain checks before, but I have several coupons for the motrin pm, that makes both free and generates two up rewards each.
    Both my stores are out, Can i get rainchecks from each store for the same item? and do the coupons apply?

    I called the 1-800 number and from what they said the coupons will still apply when u get the item after they get them in and you will still get the up rewards, but i was hoping someone would have had this issue before so we could know for sure. I’m going out tonight to try to get my rainchecks, I only have one store in town and its a 45 min drive to another, and on monday i spent approx 3 hours searching rite aids for items they didnt have.

    OK I went and got my rainchecks, without a problem. I think it helped that the girl working knew me, because she was really helpful, however the other lady that checked me out had an attitude about my coupons (i found more deals while i was there lol). Also when she did my rainchecks she scanned my card so the plus rewards would count towards the items on the rain checks.
