What zip code are you using for the Nature’s Own Bread 75 cents coupon? I can’t get it to show up when I click on the link. Thank you!
I do not see it on Hot Coupon Wolrd anymore Dawn. I am wondering if it was pulled.
There is a $1/2 Simply Potatoes coupon in the Publix Smart Savings Booklet which makes them $.75 each with the BOGO sale this week!
Thanks Carissa!
Hi Frugal, I am new to “couponing” so I’m not sure if using the fallowing coupons in conjunction is suppose to be allowed but I have used them on 4 occassions at 2 different Publix stores here in Florida:
Egg Beaters (Crystal Farms) priced @ 2 for $5
Use 1 BOGO from Publix “All American Savings” (yellow flyer)
Use 2 $1/1 coupons from Publix “Smart Savings” ($75 in coupon)
= $.50 each.
also…
Philli Cream Chz 4pk priced @ $1.99 each
Use 2 $.55/1 from Publix “All American Savings” (yellow flyer)
Use 1 $1/2 from Publix “Smart Savings” ($75 in coupon)
= FREE
A lot of the coupons in the “Smart Savings” booklet say mfc on them (some don’t) but read “Redeem @ Publix.” Being a Newbie, I figured that this ment that I could use them both. The cashier asked a manager and he said that this conjunction was acceptable. Yesterday, I went to a different Publix and it (partially) didn’t work… the cashier took the eggs with no hesitation but when it came to the cream chz, she asked a manager and the manager said the these were both Publix coupons so, I could only use 1. (???) With that said, I did not remind her that she had just let me through with the eggs. I just apologized and politely asked her to take off the cream chz.
What do you think? Is this a wrong combo of coupons?
Just an FYI too…
My kids drink a lot of apple juice and Publix is offering a buy 3 for $5 deal on White House Apple Juice.
I used 3 $1/1 from Publix “Smart Savings” ($75 in coupon)
= $2 (about $.66 each)
Thank you in advance for any advice!
Hey Brooke – congrats on your new coupon adventure! For the Cream Cheese – the yellow flyer is a store coupon. I am not sure about Smart Savings but if it says MFR or manufacturer up top, it is not a store coupon and you can use them both together. Same would ring true on the egg beaters. It must say you did a great job combining scenarios.
Awe, thanks… I’m still trying to get the hang of it while toting around 2 small and very energetic children but the savings are worth the occasional headaches! One more quick question for you… So, you’re saying that if it has MFC at the top , yet it reads “redeem at Publix” or again, MFC at the top but has a Target bullseye on it… it SHOULD be excepted by the opposing store as a MFC? Been having some problems with that at Walmart lately.
Thank you for all your help! Take care and God Bless!
