I just wanted to share my cashier story from today at Publix. I printed the blueberry coupon and stopped in Publix today to pick up 1 carton. Well, I handed the cashier the coupon and the berries and I think the fact that they were free sort of blew her mind. She seemed mad at me that they were free. I kid you not! She said “You’ll need to buy 2 of these berries.” I said that I just wanted to get the one and she called the manager over. The manager was so nice and said that I didn’t even have to pay tax because their produce (when you use a publix coupon..not manuf. coupon) is not taxed! The cashier still looked upset with me like I was trying to do something wrong and I didn’t even say anything to her. In fact, I was very friendly the whole time. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. None the less, I left with my blueberries and all of my money
It was a good day.
