  1. Kelly says:

Pepsi rebate is only good for people who live in a certain state

  2. Josie says:

I was actually not able to use the 50-75% off cosmetic items on the ECB deals. Apparently, their clearance items do not flag the ECBs.

  3. Terah says:

That is true about the clearance items in cosmetics. I had the same problem. The manager kindly printed the ECB’s for me anyway but not sure if it is worth all the hassle.

  4. Meredith says:

I’m new to the CVS adventures….when I get ECBs (for example, I now have $20 in ECBs after buying Pepsi products today) what do I do with them? That is, I read somewhere that you have to one item for each ECBs you use. Does this mean that I can only use the $20 ECB “coupon” on one item? Or can I use the $20 ECB “coupon” to buy 20 $1 toothbrushes??!?

    • Frugal Coupon Living says:

you can use the $20 ECBs on as many items as you like. 20 items or one item. Walgreens is a bit more tricky with their RRs (similar to the situation you were describing above) make sure to check the cvs and walgreens 101 explanations in the beginners tab. it should help.
